From there, Hayley Cooper will guide you through transformative breathwork, helping you release what no longer serves you and reconnect with your natural flow.
Afterwards, we’ll slow the pace with a mindful coastal walk—time to soak in the sea air, quiet the noise, and feel the rhythm of nature beneath your feet. Along the way, there will be space for soulful conversations and meaningful connection with like-minded people.
To nourish you from the inside out, everyone will receive a hydrating and nourishing Juice*It juice, and then Gilly from Wyld Green Kitchen will prepare vibrant, wholesome lunch designed to refuel, restore, and delight our bodies.
