What is HPP, Anyway?
HPP stands for High-Pressure Processing. It’s a technique used by many juice brands to extend shelf life. Instead of using heat (like traditional pasteurisation), HPP uses extreme pressure—up to 87,000 psi—to inactivate the enzymes and microorganisms that cause spoilage.
Sounds good, right? In theory, yes—it keeps juice safe for longer. But here’s the catch:
While it preserves some nutrients, HPP can still reduce delicate compounds like certain antioxidants and enzymes.
That incredible fresh-pressed flavour? It can dull slightly after processing.
And the juice that should feel vibrant and alive? It becomes a little… flat.
Why We Stay HPP-Free
Instead of pressure-processing our juice into submission, we keep it as nature intended: raw, cold-pressed, and alive.
✅ Maximum nutrients. By skipping HPP, our juices retain more of their natural enzymes and plant compounds.
✅ Real flavour. No muted notes or "cleaned-up" taste—just vibrant, fresh juice.
✅ Straight from press to you. Our juices last a few days in the fridge, or you can pop them in the freezer to lock in their goodness.
This means our juices are more like food than "long-life drinks"—and that’s exactly how I want it.
The Wellness Difference
As a yoga teacher and mum, I’m not just making juice for customers—I’m making it for my own family. For post-class hydration. For school run energy. For anyone who needs a reset that feels real.
When I took over this business, it was because I wanted Dorset’s only truly raw juice, not just another "healthy-looking" product on the shelf. And I promise you: once you taste the difference, you’ll never go back.
The Bottom Line
HPP-free juice isn’t just a label—it’s a philosophy. It’s about giving your body the freshest, most nutrient-dense juice possible, with nothing taken away and nothing unnecessary added.
Because you deserve more than "good enough." You deserve juice that’s alive.
💡 Pro tip: Stock up and freeze them. That way, you’ll always have a bottle of pure, raw goodness ready when you need it most.
