I’ve been teaching yoga for over 10 years, and I’m passionate about helping people discover how yoga can fit into their lives. For me, it’s been a total mind-body transformation and I love sharing that journey.

I offer a range of styles, from dynamic Ashtanga and Vinyasa flow to gentle yoga and men’s yoga. Whether you’re after a private session, small group, or a heart lead community class, there’s something here for everyone.

Through mindfulness, balance, and strength, I offer practices that meet you where you are. You don’t need to be flexible. You just need to be ready to begin.

    • Nope! All our classes are drop-in no need to subscribe or block book. Just come when it suits you. Pay as you go booking recommended to secure your spot!

  • A yoga mat, water bottle, and comfy clothes are ideal. We provide props, and mats are available to borrow.

  • Not at all. Yoga is about progress, not perfection. Everyone starts somewhere, and flexibility improves over time.
